个人简况:

战光辉,男,博士,海南大学材料科学与工程学院讲师,硕士研究生导师,海南省“其他类高层次人才”。博士期间主要从事MEMS传感器研究,目前从事新型敏感材料与器件及敏感机制研究,发表SCI期刊论文17篇,主持或参与国家、省基金4项,已授权国家发明专利1项,主讲课程:《电工与电子技术基础》、《半导体器件物理与技术》。
